On this 5-day cycling tour we take you through the hills of Tuscany, visiting famous places of the Unesco world heritage and the villages where the pure Italian life is lived. During this trip you will stay in the historic town of Gaioli in Chianti and we will spend the night at Rocca di Castagnoli , a beautiful location in the heart of Tuscany. Here you will not only enjoy the gravel paths and beautiful landscapes but you will also get to know the rich culture and history of the Chianti region.
You cycle through picturesque villages surrounded by vast vineyards. Rocca di Castagnoli , a historic castle dating back to the Middle Ages, is located in one of the oldest wine regions in Italy. The Chianti Classico wines that come from here are famous worldwide. Moreover, this area is a paradise for lovers of Tuscan cuisine and culture.

The trip is suitable for all levels and ambitions. Our starting point is that the trips must take place over challenging courses, but that they must be attractive to a large group of riders. The trips are also easy to do for less trained riders. Because BICI E BASTA has one base, the routes can be adjusted if the course is too difficult.
Stay in peace in a comfortable double room, but sleep wonderfully alone. The perfect combination of space and privacy for optimal relaxation.

On Wednesday, you’ll arrive at our location to start your cycling adventure. This trip does not include flights or transfers. You’ll stay with us for four nights on a half-board basis.
After fine-tuning your Pinarello racing bike and receiving the BICI E BASTA Cyclingteam cycling clothing, we will start on Thursday and end on Saturday exploring three different routes ranging from 50 to 90 km, which run from this location through the Tuscan hills, with the occasional gravel section.
After the festive final dinner on Saturday, a relaxing ‘cappuccino ride’ is on the program on Sunday, followed by a transfer to the airport after lunch for your return flight.
